Forms Email Notifications

It's nearly Christmas, but our Product Team are delighted to announce one last feature update before we sign-off for the holiday period!

Hot off the heels of our recent release of Forms Conversion Metrics, our team have introduced a new development to the EcoSend Forms feature.

We received feedback from clients that for certain use-cases, such as Demo or Meeting bookings, users would like to receive all the information directly via email from the Form submission, rather than logging into EcoSend to access the data.

And so, our Product team have updated our Forms Notifications to now include all data sent through the Form submission to send straight into your email, which can be activated from the Notifications section of your Current Project settings.

Simply set an email to receive notifications when a user enters the Smart Group(s) of your designated Forms, and you will henceforth receive the updated Forms Notification emails; chock full of all the information you need to action the submissions quickly and efficiently.
