New Modal for Merge Tags

We're delighted to announce a new update, making it easier than ever to personlise your EcoSend campaigns.

Our Product team have installed a new modal for our Drag & Drop Merge Tags feature, enabling you to easily insert both custom variables, and also fallbacks, into your message composer.

Variables are a lovely way to make each campaign feel tailored to each individual recipient.

And with the updated fallback option, you can ensure that each variable has an alternative option, for any profiles which lack the relevant data.
