Students that use Speakable to learn pronunciation will gain the confidence they need to start speaking their target language.
Speakable helps World Language Departments and ELL teachers at schools like Milwaukee Public Schools, Texarkana Independent School District, and De La Salle Collegiate High School create speaking assignments that provide students with 50x more feedback on their target language speech while simultaneously saving teachers hundreds of hours creating, administering, and grading speaking assignments/assessments.
The challenge
The team at Speakable required a solution for monitoring user journeys of new sign-ups to their app, and deploying in-app messaging at key stages in their user onboarding.
Having used other platforms with features split across Analytics and messaging, Speakable were looking for a platform which could offer both features under one roof.
Results
Speakable use EcoSend's real-time Analytics and Custom Property API to filter users across specific characteristics, such as Language type, in order to neatly segment and monitor across their audience base.
This allows the team to assess user-activation across key segments, and create rules for triggering EcoSend Automations according to entry into these defined segments.
By triggering in-app messages at key moments in their user journeys, Speakable are able to facilitate new user onboarding, and assist users with their first steps navigating across the platform.
Additionally, Speakable are able to segment between Trial and Paid users, and trigger messaging to encourage users to convert onto premium versions.
Speakable also use EcoSend Forms to build their pipeline and collect email addresses of interested prospects; sending these users directly into an Email Welcome Sequence to nurture them towards sign-up and conversion.
