A community led tent-matching service, with Tentshare you can either rent out your tent and camping equipment to earn income or book a tent from someone local to your or your campsite and save money without the set-up expense.

Tentshare is a an online tent matching service, a bit like a dating service!
Tentshare matches people who own tents to people who would like to use a tent. You can hire a tent from the Tentshare website and save money. Or you can hire out your own tent and make money.
The challenge
As a Founder and Entrepreneur, Rebecca required a platform which could assist her in automating a number of key functions across her Marketing and Onboarding funnel. These included:
A pop-up Form to capture prospective leads from her website.
A drag & drop Email builder to send out the Tentshare Monthly newsletter.
Real-time User Analytics to monitor how users are engaging with the Tentshare platform, particularly during the initial Onboarding phase.
Automated Welcome messages to assist new sign-ups with setting up their account, and sign-post them across key areas of the platform to drive activation.
Results
1) Rebecca uses an EcoSend Pop-up Form to capture email addresses and enter new leads into her Marketing funnel, via a Lead Magnet and subscription to her monthly Newsletter.
New submissions are automatically added to Rebecca's Newsletter list, allowing her to nurture new leads all the way through to sign-up and activation.
2) With EcoSend's Drag & Drop Email Builder, Tentshare's monthly Newsletter campaigns can be easily created without the need to code, and scheduled to send at a time of day which sees highest engagement and open rates.
3) Rebecca uses EcoSend's Automated Message function to trigger an Onboarding email as soon as a new user signs up to her platform.
This email welcomes the new sign-up, and facilitates their onboarding, giving instructions on which areas of the Tentshare platform to access according to their goals, for example, whether they want to rent or to hire a tent.
Her onboarding email also includes a free gift - 'Tentshare's Ultimate Packing list', to offer immediate value at the point of signup.
Having an automated welcome email ensures Rebecca's new signups have everything they need to get set-up, no matter what time of day or which timezone they are working from.
4) With EcoSend's Contacts area and User Analytics function, user journeys across Tentshare are tracked in real-time.
This helps identify potential bottlenecks in onboarding, and map user-journeys post log-in in order to optimise the user experience within the platform.
