How to Cancel your EcoSend Account

  • We'd hate to see you leave EcoSend, but we understand that businesses and plans can change. If you do ever find yourself wanting to hit the cancel button, here's what to.

Alternatively, hit the '?' icon to open our 'Contact Support' modal from your EcoSend platform, and send through your request from the pop-up:

We aim to process all cancellation requests within 1 working day.

We handle all cancellations manually, as we seek every opportunity to understand the reasons for cancellation, and any feedback on how we could improve EcoSend.

If you are on our monthly subscription package, we will terminate your subscription at your next monthly renewal date.

If you are on our discounted annual subscription package, we will terminate your subscription at your next annual renewal date.

Please note we are unable to offer refunds on past subscription periods, whether annual or monthly.
