Easier block selection, image resizing, and alt tags

We’ve made a few more small updates to the email builder based on your feedback:

• It’s now a little easier to select blocks and reorder them. The drag handle has been a little unpredictable at times, and this update makes it easier to grab hold of with your cursor. We are continuing to make updates here to further improve the experience of block selection.
• It’s now easier to resize images — the resize handles that show on the left and right hand side of images now display a tooltip when hovering to clarify their function.
• It was previously difficult to discover how to edit the alt text on images, so we’ve made this more prominent when selecting an image.
