Our Product team are delighted to announce another major new feature for the EcoSend platform this March!
Many of our clients send a regular Newsletter to their customers, but we heard feedback some clients also want to send a separate, regular cadence of email updates to their members, or another group of stakeholders or clients about a separate topic.

With lists, you can create a list for each of your communication needs, and offer contacts the ability to opt-in and opt-out of each individually.

This gives your contacts much more choice and flexibility around the types of communication they would like to receive from you.

In addition, instead of unsubscribing from all campaigns, contacts can simply update their preferences to the specific campaigns they would like to receive.

We're delighted to offer this new feature, and enable EcoSend clients to send out sophisticated campaign strategies, with more segmentation options than ever before!
