The Best B Corps For 2025

6 Mar 2025

March is B Corp month. So every year we like to take the opportunity to shine a light on the companies that look beyond profit to also consider people and the planet.

The EcoSend team has worked together to come up with our list of the Best B Corps for 2025.

Some of our top picks are those who use our platform.

But we also want to give a shout out to lots of companies that may not know us, but equally deserve a huge well done for their innovative products, environmental considerations and overall approach to customer service.

So get ready to give some applause and of course, grab a cup of tea and let's begin!

Greenly

Greenly is a leading provider of sustainability management software which helps companies navigate the GHG, CSRD and LCA processes with ease.

We think Greenly deserves to be known as one of the best B Corps for 2025 because we think any business which creates solutions to ease complex processes is awesome.

When it comes to environmental compliance especially, businesses need to be able to not just meet their legal objectives, but most importantly see their impact in black and white. Only then can real change happen, especially as inefficient or wasteful practices can be highlighted for all to see.

It’s perhaps little wonder then that Greenly is the software provider of choice for huge global corporations looking to understand, report and reduce their environmental impact.

3Keel

With a whopping 132.8 Overall B Impact score, Oxfordshire’s 3Keel is a team of sustainability advisors who have definitely earned their B Corp certification!

It’s important for businesses and organisations across all sectors to understand and reduce their environmental impact. 3Keel uses their vast knowledge spanning over 40 years of combined experience to advise across areas such as food systems and supply chains to achieve better environmental outcomes.

3Keel also donates 2% of its profits to charities, with staff also able to donate £50 each year to a charity of their choice. The company also pays the London living wage as a minimum including to its cleaners—a vital service that’s rarely even acknowledged in the wider corporate sphere.

Vu Digital

We now head to Devon, where the founders of Vu Digital are regarded as “genuinely lovely chaps” by our own founder James.

That praise is certainly fitting as Vu Digital seeks to empower its customers to develop more sustainable marketing strategies.

So often, businesses don’t even realise their website and marketing efforts have an environmental impact. Partnering with the right people like Vu Digital can make all the difference and ultimately, it helps lead the way towards a greener future for us all.

Ozone Coffee

I don’t know about you, but I need a coffee.

It’s perfect timing, as our next B Corp star is Ozone Coffee, a speciality coffee brand founded in New Zealand and now also proudly established in Shoreditch, London.

What’s special about an Ozone Coffee cup of Joe is that it is responsibly sourced, which is important when wanting your money to fund ethical supply chains. The brand also invests heavily in its customer education so that consumers can learn more about where their coffee comes from.

Pentire

For so long, when you wanted an alcoholic free drink the options consisted of sugar laden fizzy drinks or water.

Pentire brings some much-needed refinement to the alcoholic free drinks market with their stunning packaging and equally delightful ingredients, boasting vitamin rich, plant based concoctions to delight the palate.

Based in Cornwall, Pentire embodies all things coastal living. This includes the unique plant life which can be found on its rugged coastlines that also serves as inspiration for its its tantalising beverage ranges.

Tony’s Chocolonely

What could be better than chocolate? Why, chocolate that uses 100% traceable cocoa beans, of course!

Tony’s Chocolonely is on a bold mission to end the exploitation of cocoa farmers, so that the production of chocolate can be free of slavery.

It is truly shocking that poor labour practices still exist in the chocolate industry. But a quick Google will unfortunately highlight that some of the big names are considered to have both ‘inadequate’ and ‘unethical’ practices in their supply chains.

But that’s thankfully not the case at Tony’s Chocolonely.

Douglas Lamont, Chief Chocolonely (best job title ever!) has also recently introduced a policy called Tony’s Mission Lock. It ensures that legal changes to the company mission, its 5 sourcing principles and obligations of the senior leadership will continue to practice stakeholder governance.

In short, this ensures that both the chocolate and company ethos will remain equally sweet.

Elemis

According to Statista, the beauty industry is expected to generate $667.19 billion of global revenue in 2025.

While beauty might be one of the world's biggest industries, finding companies that care about being ethical is a rare thing.

Common things beauty brands do that’s bad:

  • Heavy packaging waste (including a heavy use of plastic and non-recyclable materials)

  • Unrealistic tricks like photo editing to mislead customers

  • The use of toxic ingredients or unethically sourced ingredients like mica

Elemis is one of the few big names of beauty that have B Corp certification, including due to its commitment to protecting and restoring biodiversity.

The brand is known for its spas, with many of its products also designed to give you the spa experience at home. Most of all, Elemis delivers quality and sophistication across its products and marketing.

When you just want to spend your money on good brands, Elemis offers a beacon of light in a market that is heavily crowded with bad players.

Finally, the brand also readily offers full transparency about its ingredients and wider supply chain when requested.

Effable

In recent times, we’ve gotten to know the wonderful Molly Gould who founded Effable, including when we caught up at the Better Business Summit

We already admired Molly for her incredible brand storytelling skills. But we were delighted to learn that Effable also recently gained B Corp certification. So we think Effable also deserves a place on our list of the best B Corps for 2025!

Effable became the Stoke on Trent host for People Planet Pint, which is another event we’ve attended before in Edinburgh. It’s fantastic that Molly is also taking part in helping spread the work of this fantastic cause elsewhere across the UK.

The whole EcoSend team would like to wish Molly a huge congratulations and we wish her the very best for the year ahead.

Gü

When I (hi, it’s me Rachael!) did a company shoutout for the best B Corps for 2025, one of our team members simply said ‘Gü lemon cheesecake’.

Well, who wouldn’t be intrigued?

Gü is a dessert manufacturer that ensures their company ethos is just as sweet as its delicious treats, as they are also proudly B Corp certified.

The company is as serious about sustainability as it is cheesecakes, with its packaging made from 54% recycled materials. Gü aims to achieve net zero by 2050 and is also in the process of transitioning to 100% sustainably sourced ingredients.

Beyond its environmental efforts, Gü has also gained Great Place To Work certification.

Botivo

Cheers to British non-alcoholic drinks manufacturer Botivo, who recently gained B Corp certification in August 2024.

Every batch of drinks produced by Botivo is blended in Hertfordshire, with the company having a huge focus on using British ingredients wherever possible. This includes sourcing its apple cider vinegar from family run farms here in the UK.

EcoSend Founder James added that these delicious drinks “got him through Dry January”. With such colourful packaging, Botivo also brings a bit of sunshine into those grey, cloudy days that can make the start of the year that extra bit tougher.

Herb UK

Hairdressing is often associated with glamour. But the reality is that the industry relies on the use of many chemicals such as ammonia and formaldehyde.

Not only is exposure to chemicals bad for clients, but it’s equally not great for the hairdressers who have to work with these products every day.

Herb UK are natural hair colour specialists who make cruelty-free, ammonia-free and vegan-friendly products. All while being formulated from high-quality certified organic and natural ingredients sourced from ethical suppliers.

Herb UK’s mission is to enable salon professionals to operate naturally, ethically, without damage and without compromising on performance.

At EcoSend, we applaud everything Herb UK stands for, which is why they definitely make the cut as one of the best B Corps for 2025.

Wholegrain Digital

Achieving an outstanding 122.1 Overall B Impact Score—Wholegrain Digital is truly driving the agenda for a better and greener web.

Wholegrain Digital are trailblazers in the digital sustainability space, as well as early adopters of the highly-coveted B Corp certification.

We’ve been privileged to get to know the Wholegrain Digital team personally, as they switched from Mailchimp to EcoSend for their newsletter Curiously Green.

Beyond our high praise for the team as individuals, their commitment to sustainable web practices not to mention that incredible impact score really speaks for itself as to why Wholegrain Digital is one of the best B Corps for 2025.

Enharmonic Encounters

We head to Austin, Texas next where Enharmonic Encounters is also due some serious recognition as one of the best B Corps for 2025.

If you’ve tried to go through the B Corp certification process (as we have here at EcoSend), you’ll know it’s kind of like playing those grabber machines in an arcade. You strategically use the controls to lower the grabber, but right at the last moment the prize is released back into the machine and you come away empty handed.

When you don’t achieve B Corp certification for your business (especially on the first try), it can feel very disheartening.

Thankfully, wonderful companies like Enharmonic Encounters exist to give you a pat on the back for your efforts, but most importantly show you where your biggest pain points are so that you can overcome anything that’s holding you back.

We congratulate Jeffrey David Stewart for his idea to set up a business that helps other businesses reach their goals, especially when B Corp certification and what that entails ultimately seeks to benefit everyone.

Climate Change Coaches

Our next best B Corp for 2025 spoke at COP27. If that wasn’t impressive enough, Climate Change Coaches also has an overall Impact Score exceeding 100 points.

Climate Change Coaches work with private sector organisations and non-profits to guide them through the change management process. This includes helping organisations to overcome common mindsets or objections that stand in the way of progress being made.

Navigating to a greener way of doing business can have its challenges. Working directly with organisations through coaching is an innovative way to shift perspectives so that positive change can happen.

As a side note, we also love the team’s upbeat attitude on social media, especially as it swaps climate shame with a warm welcome to ultimately promote better outcomes for people and the planet.

Taos Ski Valley

Join us on the slopes of the Rocky Mountains in New Mexico where you’ll find Taos Ski Valley—the first ski resort to gain B Corp certification.

Taos Ski Valley is firmly committed to reducing the environmental impact of ski holidays (also known as ski vacations for our American friends). The resort has taken huge strides to improve its energy infrastructure and divert guest waste away from landfill. By 2030, Taos Ski Valley aims to be net zero.

We think Taos Ski Valley deserves to be recognised as one of the best B Corps for 2025 because the carbon footprint of travel as a whole remains a huge problem.

Compared with similar travel companies or resorts, Taos Ski Valley is ahead of the game in making positive change exactly where it’s needed.

HigherRing

We head to sunny San Francisco for our next best B Corp for 2025, to the wonderful folks over at HigherRing.

When you want to outsource any kind of talent for your business, do you ever give a thought as to whether the hiring arrangement is ethical, especially where respecting labour laws and fair wages are concerned?

HigherRing prides itself on ethical outsourcing, so that businesses can get the help they need in a way which isn’t unfair for the person they hire.

From personal experience of some of the things we’ve come across on freelancing platforms, the work of HigherRing is so badly needed. With the rise in remote working especially, HigherRing is helping to end unethical practices that see workers exploited purely for financial gain.

Pixel Fridge

Is your website sustainable?

If you didn’t even know that sustainable web design was a thing, then Pixel Fridge should be your first port of call.

Making a difference “one pixel at a time” is the ethos at Pixel Fridge, who strive to build websites that delight customers while also being leaner and greener where carbon emissions are concerned.

We adore Pixel Fridge’s approach to business, because it would be so easy to be yet another web design agency. But that’s not what Pixel Fridge is. Instead, the company considers the long term impact of what they produce so that their clients can reduce their digital carbon footprint as a result.

AG Communications

Cheshire based AG Communications helps businesses to improve their ESG (environmental, social and governance) strategies.

ESG can be a tricky topic for businesses, especially if they don’t know where to start. Expert guidance can make all the difference, especially across aspects such as carbon footprint measurement, double materialist assessments and life cycle analysis.

With an impressive 100.6 overall B Impact Score, AG Communications is excellently positioned to help other businesses lower their environmental impact while also looking beyond profit to also consider purpose.

ITGUYS

Few businesses connect their digital habits with their environmental impact. Thankfully, that’s not the case at B Corp certified ITGUYS, which offers managed IT services and cybersecurity solutions for purpose-driven businesses.

ITGUYS does important work in raising awareness of how technology poses challenges for the environment. In particular, how large data centres consume vast amounts of energy and as a result are contributing towards global warming.

With the IT sector as a whole needing to do far more to lower its carbon footprint, ITGUYS are also one of the good guys in creating a greener future for us all.

Naturally Social

We head to Melksham in Wiltshire for our next best B Corp of 2025: Naturally Social.

Naturally Social is an example of a business which asks itself how it can be the best business both for its customers but also its employees. Its services span social media marketing, content marketing, PR and communications.

In its impact report, Naturally Social is transparent about the steps it has taken to be better for people and the planet. From reducing the carbon footprint of its tech to increasing bonuses to non-executive team members, Naturally Social is a shining example that even small businesses can be a huge force for good.

In 2026, the Naturally Social team has set an ambitious target of achieving over 100 points for its overall B Impact Score. We’re keeping our fingers crossed, and hope they’ll keep us posted!

Sustainable Wedding Alliance

Weddings might involve public declarations of love, but the planet is often less infused by all the waste and pollution it has to endure every time two people say “I do”.

Sustainable Wedding Alliance helps other businesses involved in the wedding industry to reduce their environmental impact.

With over 278,000 weddings thought to happen every year in the UK, Michelle Miles who founded the business has an unwavering determination to improve sustainability in the wedding industry.

Pioneers such as Michelle who not only see an issue but actually set about tackling it are incredibly worthy of all the praise that comes their way. We wish the whole team at Sustainable Wedding Alliance every success!

The Wilful Group

In search of a communications company that is equally vocal about its business transparency? The Wilful Group is just that as we highlight yet another B Corp that deserves praise in 2025 and beyond.

In its impact report, The Wilful Group publicly documents various key stats about its ethical working practices. Beyond how it reduced its environmental impact, we also like some of the many stats they report on are those you rarely ever see other companies even acknowledge.

For instance, how 38% of its employees are not London based. This is so important to help remove the London bias that is still very much a barrier for the many of us who live outside the confines of the M25, especially when it comes to being taken seriously in business.

Combined with its work across areas such as carbon removal, ESG advisory and sustainable entrepreneurship, The Wilful Group are helping other businesses to be a force for good by leading by example.

Tyler Grange

Achieving a sector leading score for its B Corp certification, Tyler Grange is a consultancy firm specialising in areas such as arboriculture, ecology and landscape planning. The company works across a broad range of projects such as commercial development and major infrastructure proposals.

On its YouTube channel, Tyler Grange discusses why the company opted for a 4-day week alongside B Corp certification as it strived to be a business that put some good back into the world.

The team here at EcoSend thinks Tyler Grange deserves a spot as one of the best B Corps for 2025 because companies everywhere have a lot to learn from its approach to business.

Cultivating Capital

Are you reading this post curious to learn about the best B Corps for 2025, because you are yet to achieve B Corp certification for your business?

Cultivating Capital helps businesses with exactly that, through its B Corp readiness assessments, certification and recertification services.

As a team, we like how Cultivating Capital breaks down the jargon to help businesses feel connected rather than baffled by the whole process. After all, unless the benefits of being a B Corp are really understood, it’s impossible for the positive impact to be maximised.

Therefore, Cultivating Capital is involved in some extremely important work that deserves much praise and recognition.
