The challenge
The team at Sprout* required a platform for collecting applicants to their beta access, nurturing sign-ups through an onboarding funnel, and publicly announcing their go-live date.
The Sprout* team are dedicated to creating sustainable software for purpose-driven organisations, and as such, wanted to use an email platform which shared their values & mission.
Results
Sprout* started by integrating EcoSend Forms across their new website, giving applicants an opportunity to sign-up for beta access.
Submissions to their Form are funnelled directly into an automated, onboarding Welcome Sequence. The automation welcomes new sign-ups to the platform, gives instructions on next steps, and offers users the opportunity to give feedback.
The Sprout* team also deployed EcoSend's Broadcast function to announce the go-live date of their beta access across their entire user-base.
Using the EcoSend Insights Dashboard, Sprout* can monitor the effectiveness of their campaigns across a range of metrics, such as Open Rates, Click Through Rates, and Bounce Rates over time.
Going forward, the team at Sprout* will use EcoSend Contacts to manage and segment their growing user-base, and send out targeted messaging throughout the next steps of their roll-out.
