Tim Frick of Mightybytes has been championing a more sustainable web for many years

Tim Frick from Mightybytes first met the EcoSend team on an episode of Season 3 of The EcoSend Podcast, discussing digital sustainability and accessibility.

Following on from the podcast, Tim and his team were interested in exploring switching to EcoSend from their previous provider, Brevo.

In order to switch over to EcoSend, the Mightybytes team required the following features:

  • No-code drag and drop email builder to send out Newsletter campaigns.
  • An ability to segment a large audience into separate campaign lists.
  • A drag and drop builder for both embedded and pop-up forms.
  • Automated onboarding campaigns to nurture new sign-ups.

The Mightybytes team making impact on a bike ride for charity

The Mightybytes team kicked off their migration by exporting and importing their contacts from Brevo, via the EcoSend CSV Import tool.

The team next built out multiple website forms, using the EcoSend Form Builder. These forms are deployed as both embedded and pop-up versions, in order to build audiences for both Mightybytes and the Ecograder newsletter.

With EcoSend Form conversion metrics, the team have seen conversion rates of up to 42.9% for their website forms, ensuring their audience continues to grow healthily.

Having imported their contacts and integrated the website forms, Tim and his team turned their attention next to building out their newsletters with the EcoSend drag & drop no-code email builder.

This enables the team to schedule campaigns for both website maintenance reminders, as well as their monthly newsletter.

Using Lists, the Mightybytes team segment their large user base into smaller segments, enabling them to effortlessly send targeted, relevant communications.

With the Insights dashboard, Mightybytes are able to regularly review the performance of their emails, to ensure ongoing, healthy campaign metrics.
