Ethical Policy

We apply strict principles on who we accept as users and customers of EcoSend. The decision is not always easy, but our goal is to always be clear, fair, and impactful.

Our aim is to have a positive impact on society and the environment, and to reduce any unintended negative impact we have.

A significant part of the impact we have is in who we work with and provide our products and services to.

We provide our email marketing software to organisations in many different industries. We try to support positive people on positive projects.

We screen new customers and projects to ensure they align with our values and turn down those that don't sufficiently align with our values and mission as a company.

All new users are screened according to the process outlined here.
