Billing Information π³
Billing information is accessible to Project Owner admins only.
For Project Owners, to access your EcoSend billing settings head to Your Account > Billing & Invoices.
Within this area, you can review your current plan, and update your payment method.

Any coupons you have applied to your current subscription will be reflected under the Payment Method section.
Overage Charges π
If you exceed the profile and/or email limit of your current subscription tier, you will be charged an overage rate when your subscription month rolls over.
Overage charges apply to both annual and monthly payment options.
The overage charge will be based on the lowest rate card plan that would fit your current profile or email usage, and charge you the difference from your current plan as an additional, one-off charge.
If you are regularly exceeding the limits of your current subscription tier, you might like instead to upgrade to a higher tier in order to meet your profile and email requirements.

Team Members & Permissions π₯
Invite Team Members
Note: Only project admins can add/remove team members.
- Use the 'project picker' dropdown at the top of the sidebar to choose which project you want to share.
- Then head to the Settings > Current Project > Team Sharing
- Click 'Add a Team member' β then add the email address of the person you want to share with.
Team Permissions
As a Project Owner, to edit a Team Memberβs access, head to Settings > Current Project > Your Team
Click the Options dropdown next to the relevant Team Member, and select Edit Team Member.
You can designate between Shared User and Admin. Admins have boosted access to add/remove other team members, as well as the ability change a project's details such as timezone.
If you have multiple projects, Users and Admins will only have access to the data on the project(s) you have invited them to.
