Hosted Forms

Hosted Forms are the easiest way to get started building your audience with EcoSend.

Each Hosted Form has a unique link, so you can share your Form anywhere without needing to integrate or touch a line of code.

You can use Hosted Forms to build your audience in so many ways:

• Add a link in your email signature.
• Update your bio on sites like Instagram and TikTok.
• Place a QR code in your next presentation.
• Print it on your (sustainably sourced) business cards.

Just like all EcoSend Forms, Hosted Forms are customisable with colours, fonts, text, and even dark-mode so they’ll instantly align with your brand.

Page options

In addition to customising the Form fields and copy, you can also customise the title and description of Hosted Forms page.

Go to Page options to update the copy to fit your brand-message and outline the purpose of your Form.

These features will ensure only legitimate emails are added into your Contacts list.

Copy & share the Hosted Form URL

Once you've successfully created your Hosted Form, click Copy Form Link or Options > View Integration Instructions to grab the link for your Form.

You can then paste this directly into your next social media campaign, in your email footer, or anywhere you want to find new subscribers!

Updating your Form

Need to make changes to your Form after embedding it into your site? No problem!

Hosted Forms are dynamically hosted, meaning any changes you make to your Form, once saved, will update automatically.

Simply click into your Form, make your changes, click Save and Publish, head back to your Hosted Form and refresh your browser to see your changes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I customise the URL of my EcoSend Form?

Currently you cannot customise the URL of Hosted Forms.

Can I customise a Hosted Form page with images and styling?

Currently, you cannot add images or custom styling to Hosted Form pages. For more advanced customisation, we recommend creating a page on your own website and embedding an Inline Form.
