For years, our ready-made email templates have been a popular way to start a new campaign in EcoSend. Now, you can create your own.

With Custom Templates, you can build reusable templates of your own with the same brilliant email builder you know and love. Design an email once, save it, and start every new email from a foundation that's unmistakably yours.

Ideal for teams with a designer

Custom Templates has been one of our most requested features, especially from teams with a dedicated designer.

Your designer can craft the templates, and everyone else on the team can start their emails from them. You’re guaranteed that every campaign will look on brand, and nobody has to frantically rebuild a header or footer from scratch again.

Brilliant for agencies and freelancers

If you look after email for multiple clients, you can now get an on-brand template ready for your client before you hand over the account. Your client can sign in and start sending straight away, with a design they'll be proud of from their very first email.

One design, everywhere in EcoSend

Your Custom Templates are available everywhere you create emails in EcoSend: in Broadcasts, Automated Messages, and Sequences.

So your newsletter, welcome email, and every step of your nurture sequences can share the same look and feel. This also means you can finally re-use email content and designs across Broadcasts and Automations.

How it works

• Save any email as a template. Click Save as Template at the top of the email builder, give it a name, and you're done.
• Start from your template. When you start a new email, click Browse Templates… and you'll find your templates under Saved Templates, right at the top of the Template Gallery.
• Edit whenever you need. Open the template editor for any template from the Template Gallery to update its design. Emails you've already created will stay exactly as they are.

You can also duplicate a template to create variations for different campaigns or clients, and pull your Saved Blocks into any template.
