Toby made use of EcoSend’s unique Project functionality to set-up separate projects for DO.Sustainable Marketing, and his clients.
This allowed Toby to hold central access across all the projects, and permit additional, designated access to his clients for their relevant projects.
This ensures data is clearly and cleanly separated between his projects, rather than housing all data under one account with different lists.
Toby began his setup by installing EcoSend inline Forms across his website, as the start of Lead Magnet funnels to capture email addresses in exchange for downloadable resources.
After users submit an email, verified via double-optin, they are automatically redirected to the resource download page.
Toby and his team created a similar funnel across his clients’ sites, included Automated Sequence campaigns to drip-feed content to users post sign-up, ensuring healthy engagement.
In addition to the Automated messaging, Toby’s team use EcoSend’s drag & drop builder to send out monthly Newsletters to their growing subscriber base.
