How To Access NTLworld Email?
To access the NTLworld login, you need to go to the sign in page on Virgin Media. There, you can use your email address to sign into your account.
Can You Keep Your NTLworld Email Address If You Leave Virgin Media?
No. If you are no longer a paying customer of Virgin Media (i.e. broadband, TV or landline), your NTLworld email address will be deleted within 90 days.
By moving to an email platform such as EcoSend before you cancel your account, you can protect your emails and contact list. You’ll also gain a professional email domain.
Or, if you currently use an NTLworld email just for personal use, it’s also good to note that you will lose access to your account if you cancel your applicable Virgin Media services. Be sure to download your data so that you don’t lose access to it forever.
Is NTLworld Email Down?
If you cannot log into your NTLworld account or are struggling to send or receive emails, there is a good chance that NTLworld is down. We recommend checking with Virgin Media directly to confirm.
How Do I Delete My NTLworld Email Account?
Virgin Media will automatically delete your NTLworld email address within 90 days of cancelling any products you have with them (i.e. broadband, landline or TV).
Or, if you want to remain a Virgin Media customer but simply want to delete an old NTLworld account, you can do so by logging into your Virgin Media account. Head to ‘Account Settings’ to find the option to delete any associated email accounts.
However, if you only have an NTLworld email linked to the account, you will need to link another email address before you can delete your NTLworld email. This is so you can log into your Virgin Media account with an email and password.
How Do I Recover My NTLworld Email Account?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover an old NTLworld email account. As per Virgin Media’s terms of service, if you close your account your email address and the contents of your account will be permanently deleted within 90 days.
Loss of your account (including if you no longer want to be a Virgin Media customer) is one of the major reasons why you need to move away from NTLworld, whether you have relied on it for your primary email address or for business use.
