Why we ask for a Business Address in your campaign footer 🏢

At EcoSend, we try to keep things simple, transparent, and built around real people (not faceless email blasts).

One small but important part of that is including a Business Address in the footer of every campaign.

So… why is this required?

It comes down to compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, as well as EU & UK GDPR.

Under these regulations, every marketing email is required to include a valid physical postal address for the sender.

That can be:

• A business street address
• A registered P.O. Box
• Or a commercial mailbox

If you don’t have a public office address, a P.O. Box or registered mailbox works perfectly well.

Simply head to Current Project > General > Business Address to locate the relevant settings area.

Add your details, hit Save, and voilà!

Henceforth, all your EcoSend campaigns will automatically include your business address in the footer, keeping your emails healthy and compliant!
